"When should I book?"
ASAP! I am currently a full time student and I work outside of photography, I do require booking at least 2-3 weeks in advance to secure your ideal date and time. But I do have a very flexible schedule so its not a problem to book sooner than that.
"Do you offer discounts?"
Yes! I offer 15% off for military and any session that is listed under "Dreams Shoot" on my instagram (@Jacquotphotography) If you are in a group/club at a University, I do offer discounted rates for the group session and single photo sessions for members.
"Do you travel?"
Yes! I will travel anywhere, but please let me know ASAP. I do charge $5 per 5 miles outside of Travis, Hays, Comal, and Bexar county. The travel fee is waived only for events only if I am staying overnight, it will be a flat fee of $150 for gas and lodging. If I am traveling outside of Texas the additional fees will be discussed.
"Are there any added fees?"
If a location requires a photo pass, entrance fee, or parking fee, I will add that to the session cost. My travel fee is $5 per 5 miles for any location outside of Travis, Hays, Comal, and Bexar county. And if there is an event that is more than 2 hours away from the current residence (San Antonio) and ends late at night (after 10pm) I will charge an additional $150 for gas and lodging for 1 night, travel fee is waived for events. Traveling feels outside of Texas will require additional fees, please contact me to discuss arrangements and pricing.
"How should I pay you?"
I accept cash, check, Venmo, Zelle, Apple Pay, and cash app.
"When will I get my photos and how many will I get?"
For events the turn around time for images is 14 business days and for regular sessions the turn time is 7 business days. Image quantity is based on how long the session is and the session type, please visit my pricing page to view each session type.
"How will I receive my photos?"
I will send you a download link once the images are done, and I will mail out a flash drive with all of the edited images.
